Grand Auditorium (Cut-Away)

We do not take returns or issue refunds with some exceptions. We charge a 50% upfront fee (or non-refundable deposit). final payments must be made before the instrument is delivered. This is to protect us as Luthiers as we have to purchase the wood and once the materials have been ordered that money is gone. Once work on the instrument has been completed on a custom made instrument, if the buyer changes their mind and no longer wants the instrument, it becomes increasingly hard to sell said instument since it was built specifically for that person. 

If you would like to request a refund; We will take this into considderation and may return 50% of the price. 

If the guitar does not meet the expectations agreed upon by Siren Acoustic Guitars and the Client we will gladly make corrections/alterations so long as it is within the initial quote.

Shipping is currently expected to be paid for by the customer. However, this will change in the future. At this time, Siren Acoustic Guitars deals locally in Londonderry NH and prefers to meet clients in person. 

Once we recieve your order we will reach out to you with a Start date to begin building your guitar. Current wait time to start building is:

When you make your selections the aditional cost will NOT be added to your cart. However, you WILL be responsible for paying the difference BEFORE the delivery of the guitar.
